My board
My board is a Kanban view of the items assigned to you, with the columns Draft, Open, In Progress (including On Hold), Done and Archived.
- Scope: My work (assigned to you) or Unassigned (items with no assignee that you are allowed to see). Administrators can also view another user's board with View board for.
- Project: users with the see other projects on the board permission can pick a project or All projects. This choice is local to the board and does not change your active project.
- Drag a card to another column to change its status. Columns highlight whether the move is allowed; the same rules as the status workflow apply, including the questions about the items a phase or a project contains.
- Each card's ⋮ menu offers Open item, Set status and, for tasks, Set priority. On an archived card it offers only Open item and, if you may delete the item, Delete item. Only the task number on a card is a link; clicking anywhere else selects the card.
- A globe on a card or row marks a ticket that came through a public form.
- The time-range button limits Archived items to the last N days and Starting soon items to the next N days. The sort, the range and the choice between Board view and List view are remembered per user.
- The strip above the columns counts items that are overdue, due today and starting soon. The board shows at most 500 items; narrow the project or the time range to see the rest.
Draft and Archived columns can be collapsed to a rail. Older archived items are on the work items list with the Archived status filter.
