Joining a workspace

The form

Join a workspace is for the workspace your organization already uses. It is offered only when the deployment can send email and some workspace allows self-registration. The Reference code or domain is the one your administrator gave you, and a Username takes letters, digits, _, @ and . only. Opened on your workspace's own address, the form fills in the code for you and it cannot be changed there.

After Create account you receive an email with a verification link; you must confirm it before your first login. An expired or invalid link shows Oops... Your email couldn't be verified. — ask an administrator for a new invitation.

When self-registration is closed, administrators create accounts and send the invitation.

Not the same as creating one

Joining adds you to a workspace somebody else runs: its administrators decide what you can do. To start a workspace of your own, see Creating a workspace. If you received an invitation email instead, follow Accepting an invitation.
